* Any member school district of the Arizona Rural Schools Association is eligible to submit a nomination.
* Please, one submission per member district.
* Nomination should be submitted by a member of district administration.
* Deadline for submission is midnight Monday 09/19/2016.
* All submissions will become the property of the Teachers Change Brains Foundation.
* All submissions will be considered for showcasing on Facebook.com/LegendaryTeacherDay
* Certificate and award check to be received by honoree on or before 10/15.
